173/365

A year ago today I was headed to meet this kid and I was a nervous wreck, anxiety levels about to burst and already homesick, but that didn't last long because as soon as I saw the group of laughing kids (they don't laugh in Russian, weird, huh?) my worries melted away. Words can't describe how greatly I want to do something to get this innocent and happy kid out of his dangerous situation and get him the help he needs. I guess what I am trying to say is that there's always someone who has it worse and still has a smile on their face - we need to learn from this kid. Miss ya more than words can say, Mini Max.
